working principle

The hydraulic garbage compressor compresses garbage through the pressure generated by the hydraulic system. The sanitation worker pours the garbage into the compression chamber of the compressor, and the pressure head squeezes the garbage into blocks from top to bottom under the action of hydraulic thrust. After several "dumping, compressing and repeatedly dumping" processes, the loose garbage is compressed into high-density (compact) blocks, and the residual sewage in the household garbage is squeezed out (the squeezed sewage flows into the sewage well through the drainage outlet reserved in the pit)

After one piece of garbage is compressed and formed, it is pushed into the storage bin by the pushing shovel device to continue compressing another piece of garbage. After the next piece of garbage is compressed and formed, the compression box is lifted and docked with the garbage transfer vehicle. The pushing shovel mechanism (device) is used to push the compressed garbage block into the closed garbage transfer vehicle box, completing a compression and pushing operation cycle
